Welcome to our website and thank you for your interest in our program. UC Health’s West Chester Hospital Transitional Year in Family Medicine is the first of its kind at our institution. Our program seeks to instill clinical excellence into the subspecialists of tomorrow by providing a longitudinal clinical experience in Family Medicine, the primary care subspecialty that seeks to become the foundation of the American healthcare system.
